What are the different types of decoration?
While there is an ever growing list of ways to decorate custom items, the most popular are: screen printing, embroidery, engraving, and deboss. For more information on these methods in many more, visit our decorations page!
What art files are accepted and what is vector artwork?
To achieve high decoration quality, we require that artwork be provided in vector format for most decoration methods. Vector art files typically have extensions such as .ai, .eps, or PDF. Vector art differs from pixel-based images in that it relies on mathematical equations to define shapes and lines. Unlike pixel-based graphics, which may lose clarity when resized, vector art maintains sharpness and clarity regardless of size adjustments. Utilizing vector artwork allows us to guarantee branded merchandise of exceptional quality.
What is an artwork set up fee?
Artwork set-up fees cover the preparation process carried out by our print departments to ready your artwork for use with the decoration machinery, such as creating a custom screen, plate, mold, ink, etc. for the items ordered. This includes always providing a digital proof for your review and approval before proceeding with production.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Custom branded orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements. Please consult your custom quote for detailed information, or feel free to reach out to your designated sales representative to discuss your specific needs further.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The standard production time is 7 - 15 business days. However, we have many products that can be placed on a rush service with a turnaround as quick as 48 hours, and other products that are custom imported from overseas with longer timelines. You can reference production times on each product page quoted. We always strive to have your order ship as quickly as possible, but please let us know of your urgent requests and we'll accomodate you!
What method of payments do you offer?
We currently offer various payment options including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), e-transfer, cheque, and all major credit cards. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% processing fee, while all other payment methods do not incur additional charges.
